“Stethoscope Scholarship Programme” is an annual event which is organized by the Buddhist Society of Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. In this year we were able to donate 8 stethoscopes and knee hammers for 8 students of 31st batch and the first dental batch who are starting their clinical appointments this year.
It was held on 26th of January 2024, at lecture hall 02, from 5.00 pm onwards with the honourable participation of Senior Professor Manori Gamage, the Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Senior Professor Surangi Yasawardene, The dean of the Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Consultant Surgeon Dr. Malith Nandasena, senior treasurer of the Buddhist Society, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
