The Faculty of Medical Sciences welcomed its new intake with an inauguration ceremony of the orientation program on 1st of February 2024. The ceremony was held at the Anatomy Auditorium of the Faculty of Medical Sciences and was attended by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura; Senior Prof. Pathmalal M. Manage, the Registrar of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura; Mr.A.B. Weliwita, the Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences Prof Manori Gamge, Heads of Departments, as well as the academic members of the Faculty.
