‘Rajatha Rashmi’ scholarship scheme of Arts circle Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
The Rajatha Rashmi scholarship was established to mark the 25th anniversary of the Arts Circle. It aims to provide financial assistance to needy students who excel in artistic fi elds, who study at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
The scholarship will be awarded to one student annually, and selection of a recipient is based on a points scheme considering factors such as applicants’ financial circumstances and academic consistency, but with emphasis on involvement in artistic / aesthetic activities.
The Arts Circle reserves the right to suspend for a particular time period or cancel award of the scholarship, due to unavailability of funds or other valid reason.
