Focus and Scope
Curatio Journal is the official journal of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. It is a peer-reviewed journal currently published biannually.
The Curatio journal’s mission is to stimulate, encourage and empower medical and allied health sciences students, doctors, researchers, and other health professionals to publish high-quality research to promote evidence-based medicine and improve health care. Manuscripts from any area of the basic sciences, laboratory science, clinical specialities or subspecialties may be submitted for consideration.

Only the inaugural issue was produced in printed format. Thereafter, an e-version is published and hosted by the faculty of medical sciences official webpage.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
