One year fellowship in Neuroradiology with special interest in Interventional Neuroradiology (from 1st September 2006 to 31st August 2007)

Principal Supervisor: Dr. J.J. Bhattacharya. MBBS, FRCR, MSc. - Consultant Interventional Neuroradiologist & Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Department of Neurosurgery, University of Glasgow, UK.

During this period of one year I was involved with diagnostic Neuroradiology work and mainly trained on Interventional neuroradiology. I had the exposure to varied types of materials and techniques of endovascular treatment and embolization of intracranial aneurysms, brain arteriovenous malformations, head & neck tumors and Intra-arterial thrombolysis in acute stroke …etc.

Diagnostic neuroradiology experience in multislice CT (64 & 4 slice), MRI (3.0T & 1.5T), Biplane Flat panel digitally subtracted angiography (DSA).

Also I was involved with research, presentations and publications, contributed to tutorials and clinical meetings.
