Develop a toxicokinetic and toxicodynamic model to predict IMS in OP poisoning. Develop clinical predictors for IMS/ late respiratory failure. Develop a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic model to predict IMS with RBC acetylcholinesterase levels.
