THE OATH CEREMONY OF B.SC. NURSING STUDENTS - 11^TH BATCH (2014/2015)

The Oath taking ceremony of the 11^th Batch (2014/2015) of B.Sc. Nursing students was held at the Anatomy Auditorium, Faculty of Medical Sciences on 10^th August, 2017 from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. The Guest of Honour was Mrs. W.M. Ariyaseeli, Director, Nursing Education, Ministry of Health, Nutrition & Indigenous Medicine. The Oath is taken by the nursing students in their 2^nd year after successfully completing the theoretical and practical components of the subject Fundamentals of Nursing in their Part I examination. It is a solemn ceremony where the nursing undergraduates take their oath after receiving their cap and the lamp.
