41ST CONVOCATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SRI JAYEWARDENEPURA
41st Convocation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura Faculty of Medical Sciences will be held on 28th July 2015 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall for the conferment of degrees.
For the conferment of degrees the eligible graduands are required to call over personally with the student record book and collect the supplication form and payment vouchers from the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Medical Sciences.
The supplication form should accompany a receipt for the payment of Rs. 1500/- made to the credit of the People’s Bank, Gangodawila Branch current A/C No. 097-1001-6-2315454, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This payment can be made from any branch of the Peoples’ Bank.
The duly completed supplication form together with the bank receipt should be handed over to the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Medical Sciences on or before 08th July, 2015. Applications received after this date will be rejected.
The University is in the process of issuing your original degree certificate at the Convocation itself to be held on 28th July 2015 at the BMICH.
Therefore, all the graduands are hereby informed to return the University Identity Card and the Library Books to the University on an earlier date enabling you to prove it and receive your Convocation Application Form. The completed application forms need to be submitted on or before 08th July 2015.
Furthermore, a payment of Rs. 2500/- should be made to the university Shroff as a refundable deposit for you to receive your cloak from the Faculty. This money will be reimbursed at the special counter in the BMICH when you return the cloak after the convocation.
